So many people have a habit of cutting the crust off their bread. As I was sitting here making a sandwich I thought, I’m going see if there is any truth to the old saying that “ALL the good stuff is in the crust”.
Come to find out, in 2002, a German research team did a study and found that in the crust of bread, there is EIGHT TIMES MORE of a special cancer fighting antioxidant than in the rest of the bread. I found that to be very interesting so.. stop throwing away your crust,
because it actually works to keep you healthier!
